ACCOMMODATIONS
The Lodge features 8 spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 35 guests, offering plenty of privacy and room for large groups to spread out. With 5 king beds, 10 queen beds, a full‑over‑full bunk bed, 3 sleeper sofas, and 3 futons, the flexible sleeping arrangements are ideal for family reunions, retreats, and event‑based stays. Guests enjoy 6.5 bathrooms designed to handle large groups with ease, along with a dining room that seats up to 60 comfortably, making it perfect for weddings, reunions, and retreats. Two living rooms and a theater room provide multiple gathering areas so groups can relax, watch movies, or spend time together without ever feeling crowded. Ample parking provided, designed for big groups, with plenty of room for buses, RVs, and boat trailers.
LAYOUT AND ACCESSIBILITY
The Lodge offers a spacious, easy‑to‑navigate layout designed for large groups. The main level includes the Great Room, kitchen, dining area, theater room and master bedroom with an attached bedroom, all opening onto wide wraparound decks with peaceful lake and tree views. Additional bedrooms, gathering spaces, and amenities are located on the lower level, giving families plenty of room to spread out while staying connected.
For accessibility and comfort, the lodge features wide doorways and a walk‑in shower with a shower chair making accessibility easier for guests who need additional support. Gentle exterior ramps lead to key areas, including the lower level and the first‑floor deck. Guests can reach the lake by walking down the steps from the lodge or by driving down to the point area for easier access. The dock also includes steps leading directly to the water, making swimming, fishing, and lake activities simple for all ages.
With multiple indoor and outdoor spaces designed for relaxing, dining, and gathering, the layout supports everything from quiet mornings to full‑family celebrations.
A KITCHEN AND DINNING ROOM BUILT FOR BIG GROUPS AND BIG EVENTS
The 1,200 sq ft dining room seats up to 60 and transforms just as easily into a conference space or wedding chapel, with extra folding tables and chairs available for events. The gourmet kitchen is built to match: dual gas stoves, an electric stove, two dishwashers, a commercial fridge, a fridge/freezer, and a stand-up freezer, plus every dish, pot, and utensil a group needs to cook a full holiday-style meal together, split cooking duty by family, or hand it all to a caterer.

Note: Lake levels vary seasonally (TVA-controlled) and cannot be guaranteed. Peak dock season usually runs April-September.

Outdoors: Hot tub, private trail, stone fire pit, basketball, cornhole - The Lodge has a large upper and lower deck with tables, chairs, swings, and hot tub, which wraps around three sides of the house. The lower deck leads to the steps going to the lake. There is another large, detached deck just above the private boat dock with seating and picnic tables. The Pointe has gentle slope into the lake that gives easy access to the water. This area also has a picnic table and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view of the lake.
Indoor: Pool table, Pac-Man arcade, foosball, shuffleboard table, theater room, two living rooms, Wi-Fi, 12 Roku TVs (TVs in all bedrooms and common areas), board games, card games, books and puzzles- The lodge offers a large variety of indoor activities for all ages!
